I honestly think Willow & Wild is the nicest place for breakfast or brunch in Maynooth, hands down. The blueberry, mascarpone & lemon curd pancakes were incredible — probably the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The balance of flavours and the quality were just spot on. I’ve also had the full breakfast, and surprisingly the beans were the standout for me — really rich and slightly sweet, whatever they do to them works! I’ve sampled the avocado smash too and it was equally delicious.
The service is consistently excellent — genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s always busy, which says a lot, and there’s a really nice selection of treats displayed in the window. Highly recommend.

Willow and Wild in Maynooth is incredible! Their coffee is delicious and the blueberry lemon pancakes/French toast (only served on the weekends). The staff are so friendly and attentive, creating such a welcoming atmosphere every time you visit. The café itself has the coziest vibe, making it the perfect spot to relax, chat, or get some work done. Absolutely love this place!

Worst coffee in Maynooth. Hands down. Weak and luke warm. Recieved in a bowl shaped cup, i had to run so transfered it to a paper cup and it didnt even come up halfway up the take away cup! I only had two sips out of it. 3.80e for half a cup of weak, luke-warm coffee. Everytime i go in ther i say ill never go again! There are also about 10 people working there yet you always see people waiting to be served.
